Donald Stallsworth, Manager of Customer & Vendor Relations
In his role as Manager of Customer and Vendor Relations, Mr. Stallsworth is responsible for all aspects of sales and service at Quality Steel Treating. His vast expertise in heat-treating, as well as nearly two decades working in most areas of the company, makes him the ideal contact point for customers and vendors. Mr. Stallsworth delivers on QST's promise of quick turn-around times and superior craftsmanship with a customer-focus. An 18-year employee of Quality Steel Treating, Mr. Stallsworth has completed industry training in auditing (ISO 9002) and analysis.

Bill Slade, Production Manager
As Production Manager at Quality Steel Treating, Mr. Slade defines his critical role as "tracking the work from the minute it comes in to the minute it goes out." He is not only responsible for making sure the work is done quickly, but also ensuring that the work is worthy of the Quality Steel Treating name. Mr. Slade is a Class-A furnace operator and has experience in every form of heat-treating, having worked for QST for 33 years in many different capacities. He currently has oversight of all areas of production, including quality, shipping and receiving, and maintenance in addition to all heat treating aspects of Quality Steel Treating.
